What books would you recommend for spiritual reading this Lent?

I'm going to be reading the Dolorous Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ by Blessed Anne Emerich. I'm going to read it online.

Renewed for Life, daily Lenten Meditations from the works of Henri J.M. Nouwen, The Diary of St. Maria Faustina Kowalska (as well as learn how to say the divine mercy chaplet if you don't know it ~ great devotion to have, especially for Divine Mercy Sunday after Easter), Benedict XVI, Way of the Cross and then the Letter from Our Holy Father on Lent (it's on the Vatican website).

Maybe I will come up with more later. I am always looking for more stuff to read.

What do you suggest?

Pauline bookstore is God's gift to the spiritual reader!

Oh...by the way, you said you like to walk with Sr. Helen, is that the same Sr. Helen in Chicago? If so, she is like one of the sweetest Sisters I have ever met. I really like her! She is so awesome to talk with at the store in Chicago!
